Know how to...
Remove and wash the covers so that your beloved pet stays comfortable and fresh. We have provided instructions on how to easily remove our bed covers for cleaning.
Flat Cushion
Flat Cushions Beds have either poppers or velcro at the front. When washing, leave a small opening by closing the velcro cover unevenly to prevent air trapping in the wash. Your cover is now ready to wash.
Oval Bone Bed
The Oval Bone Bed has a zipper at the front. When re-zipping the bed cover, leave a hand-sized section unzipped to ensure no air is trapped while in the wash. Your cover is now ready to wash.
Sherpa Crate Mat
Sherpa Crate Mats have either poppers or velcro at the front. When re-closing the crate mat, ensure there's a hand-sized section open to ensure no air is trapped while in the wash. Your cover is now ready to wash.
Rectangular Beds
The Rectangular Bed inner cushion cover and ring cover are both removable for washing. First, remove the inner cushion from the bed. A zip can be found on the side of the pillow to remove the cushion cover. Secondly, to remove the ring cover, a concealed zip can be found inside the bed; turn the bed inside out and undo the zip along the bottom of the bed to remove the ring filler cushions inside one by one. Thirdly, re-zip the bed cover leaving a hand-sized section unzipped to ensure no air is trapped while in the wash. Your cover is now ready to wash.
